Warranty & Repairs

Cot Depot offers limited warranty on all items sold through our website and over the phone. Warranty covers the workmanship flaws, parts defects, and labor. Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, abuse, etc. Cot Warehouse reserves the right to deny warranty service if it is deemed that equipment in question shows signs of neglect.

Depending on the product, warranty may be 6 or 12 months. Look for the 6 or 12 month warranty stamp on the product description.

Depending on the product, Cot Depot may provide an option for extended warranty at an extra cost. The cost of extended warranty varies based on the selling price of the equipment. For more information on extended warranty, please call (888) 271-0111.

Extended warranty MUST be purchased on the day of purchase.

To receive warranty service, the buyer must be able to provide proof of purchase (receipt) of the equipment in question.


Cot Depot does not offer insurance on any product.

Out-of-Warranty Service

If your equipment is no longer within the warranty period, the buyer should contact MedPro US to receive service for a fee. If buyer is outside of MedPro US’ coverage area, buyer should contact a third-party repair service.
